Taylor Byrne provides valuation advice for numerous purposes including family law, compulsory acquisition, partnership dissolution, building disputes and general property disputes.

These advices are provided to a number of courts including Land Planning & Environment, Supreme Court, Land Court, Family Court of Australia and the Land & Environment Court.

Taylor Byrne is well recognised for its strength in litigation matters with valuers trained for conference attendance and court work.  Two former partners have presided on the Queensland court.

In conjunction with our projects division Taylor Byrne is able to provide valuations for all forms of property types.
